    @CraigMiller an eye/ear opener to hear all three cuts as one long song, which they are. This is so close to being a concept LP. And Sky Train (a soaring magnificent downer) sandwiched between two such popping jazzy upper instrumental cuts. Such solos on the Solar Strut. Wonderful chromatic stuff. Truly this is one of the great overlooked albums. Edgar's masterpiece. Every cut loaded with musical talent & greatness, wonderful solos; a mix of driving melodic funk/jazz classics and lyrical pop gems sung by a voice as rich as Stevie Wonder. And Dan Hartman's driving bass lines! Thanks!

    Not gonna lie, to this very day, I still convince myself that they lost the war. The good guys shouldn't win in every story; that gets boring after a while, makes everything predictable, and enforces naivety and black-and-white moral views. I'd rather believe Creegan and the Baileys won, as a way to stick it to Voice's arrogance and to remind us that while our causes may seem big and profound to _us,_ there are entities who consider our efforts so _mildly_ inconvenient that they aren't even worth wholeheartedly interfering with. It's very humbling, and humans need to be humbled more often.

    • @CraigPMiller

      There's no reason to say they didn't survive or that they did. :)

    • @primallove
      @primallove 3 года назад

      @@CraigPMiller I think it's pretty safe to say they didn't. I doubt the shaft defense cannons will be enough if the Baileys conquered mankind while we had nukes, missiles, fighter jets, etc., and 8 billion pair of feet on the ground. Now there's only a handful of humans who even possess a will to fight anymore, and the underground is defenseless now that those cannons are aboveground. Besides, if Voice was so confident, she wouldn't have interrogated Creegan for answers up until he was in the chair. I think she just wanted him to die unsure of himself.

    Hi Craig, I have been looking for this kind of setup for a while! I´ve tried to reproduce it following Armin´s tutorial and works great, even with two systems, one for the toes and the other for the heel/ball. As said the two pivot sliding work fine, the only problem is the actuall foot reverse setup. I can´t figure out how to put it alltogether, so when I rotate my heel/ball pivot controller in negative x the toes move up aswell, and in the opposite stay still, so rotating just the ball. My controller hierarchy, is that the ball pivot ctrl is parented to the toes controller, and at the same time my heel pivot locator is parented under the toes pivot locator. I´ve got the usuall 3 ik handles, the ball and leg ones under the ball pivot locator and the toes one under the toes pivot locator. Sorry couldn´t explain any better. Hope that makes sense. Any hint on how you have setup your hierarchy to recreate the reverse foot roll with this system? Thanks a lot!!
